Camera Zizanio 2016!

16th Camera Zizanio will take place at Pyrgos, Peloponnese, Greece from December 3 to 10, 2016 along with the 19th Olympia International Film Festival for Children and Young People.

Deadline for entries is  October 10, 2016

Η 16η διοργάνωση της Ευρωπαϊκής Συνάντησης Νεανικής Οπτικοακουστκής Δημιουργίας – Camera Zizanio θα πραγματοποιηθεί στον Πύργο της Ηλείας παράλληλα με το 19ο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου Ολυμπίας για παιδιά και νέους από τις 3 ως τις 10 Δεκεμβρίου 2016.

An up-coming Festival, one more award added!

On our way back from Spain, our luggage was a little bit heavier. As we were carrying one more award for a youth film created in Greece.

The award was for the film “What’s in a name” by Lilena Marinou, a 16 year old student from Athens. Read more of this post

“At full blast” with Nikos Kavoukidis

For once again, Camera Zizanio gave to a school film group the chance to shoot a film with absolutely professional standards and to live a unique experience.

This time the lucky school was the 1st Experimental High School of Athens and the film group winning in 2014 the special award «Nikos Kavoukidis”. Read more of this post

A documantary project for young Greeks and Germans

At the end of 2015 we organized a a joint Greek – German action called  “The world ischanging. What about us?’, that was about creating documentaries.

Youngsters from Greece cooperated creatively with six youngsters from Germany. They discussed their ideas, got familiar with the film equipment and created 5 short documentaries. Read more of this post
