For once again, Camera Zizanio gave to a school film group the chance to shoot a film with absolutely professional standards and to live a unique experience.

This time the lucky school was the 1st Experimental High School of Athens and the film group winning in 2014 the special award «Nikos Kavoukidis”.

Nikos Kavoukidis, the veteran Greek cinematographer, with immense affection for children was there with his crew and the equipment of TELEFILM (Kavoukidis Production Company) in order to help children realize their scenario.
The scenario was very demanding. About twenty scenes, in different places, with indoor and outdoor shootings. One day for the preparation and two exhausting filming days (8-10 / 4/2016) needed to complete the final phase of shooting.

The indefatigable Nikos Kavoukidis was omnipresent giving advice and instructions, as well as directing the skillfully young creators.

But excellent was also the whole film group of the 1st Experimental High School of Athens.

The group was extremely organized, perfectly disciplined, not wasting a single minute.

It only became possible for such a project to implement in such a short time, as the students with their responsible teachers, Mary Papadantonaki and Xenia Xourgia, preceded by a painstaking preparation.

Now it’s time for the hard work- the editing which will take place at the professional studios of Nikos Kavoukidis., so that we can watch the film.

Official premiere of the film “At full blast“ by the 1st Experimental High School of Athens will be at 16th Camera Zizanio (December 3-10,2016).

Look forward watching it.
