Camera Zizanio

Camera Zizanio – European Meeting of Young People’s Audiovisual Creation address a Call for Entries for  its  15th edition that will be held from November 28  to December 5, 2015, in Pyrgos,  alongside with the 18th Olympia International Film Festival for children and young people.

Like every year, our purpose is to collect the total of the youth audiovisual creations from Greece and the most important films by youngsters from Europe and the rest of the world, organizing the biggest festival of its kind in Europe.

We would like to remind you that:

•    Films by children and young people up to 20 years old are eligible to participate.
• There is no restriction on the theme.
• Duration should not exceed 10 minutes.
• Entries will be accepted until October 10, 2015.

This year’s call finds the country and its people at a crossroads as we seek a way out of the volatile economic and social problems.

In this struggle for a better future, the active cells of the society play a key role… the new generations with the momentum imagination and inexhaustible mood for creation.

Our festival is a perfect place where those active cells can be developed.

Screenings, workshops, master classes, meeting with important cinematographers from Greece and abroad, constitute an ideal framework of a multinational, multicultural cooperation and creation where young people discover new ways and broaden their horizons.

They are the driving force of an organization that despite the enormous difficulties not only doesn’t draw its flag but seeks to conquer new peaks.

Youngsters that have created films, individually or through workshops and school teams, can participate by filling in the entry form, from our website.
