
A group of young people from 14 European countries, law students, on May 21, 2011,began a long journey to get to know the public law systems, politics and culture of the Western Balkan countries and Turkey, while developing the intercultural dialogue in the frames of an enlarged European Union.
The trip, organized by the European Public Law Organization started in Rome and will end in Athens on June 19, having passed through Parma, Trieste, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade, Brčko, Sarajevo, Podgorica, Skopje, Tirana, Sofia, Bucharest, Nessebar, Istanbul and Thessaloniki.
Among the 29 youngsters, two of our youngsters, who grew up in the screening rooms and the workshops of the Olympia International Film Festival for Children and Young People and also Camera Zizanio: Maria Benteniti and Kyriakos Haritakis.
It was this experience that brought them into the group of young people now crossing Europe.
Because Kyriakos and Maria have also another task: to film the group’s journey and activities in order to carry this unique experience to as many people as possible, through the material that will be produced. The first receiver is ERT(National broadcasting television), the media sponsor of the event.
