The four films that were created by Greek youngsters and travelled to faraway Finland, returned with four awards!!!
The films participated in the Competion Section of youth creations at the International Film Festival ” Wildlife Vaasa festival”. A festival which specializes in filmsabout theenvironmentandtakes place every two years.
The Festival was held from October 1 to 5, 2014 in Vaasa.
The awards were the following:
- The film I DREAMT OF A CHOCOLATE SCHOOL 2014, 6 min (Dimitrakopoulou Harikleia 3rd Primary School of Loutraki, Nikos Theodosiou Camera Zizanio) won one of the five equivalent awards in the category “1- films by chidlren”.
In the Animation Section, the three Greek entries won and the three awards:
- ON THE WAY TO THE OASIS 2013 5 min (Christina Depian, K. Bubnova, Ad Axem)
- I DREAM, I DON’T STEP BACK, I LIVE 2013 , 5 min (Dina Plessa, 6th High school of Patras)
- 123….15 , 2013 , 5 min (Nikolaos Kamilos, Paulina Zioga, 9th Elementary School of Ag. Dimitrios, Athens)
Let us mention that the films were submmited by Camera Zizanio. A festival that not only screens and promotes youth creations from Greece, but also becomes the “vehicle” for the long journey around the world.
