Η 20η Camera Zizanio λόγω των περιοριστικών μέτρων εξαιτίας της πανδημίας του Covid-19 θα διεξαχθεί διαδικτυακά ταυτόχρονα με το 23ο Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου Ολυμπίας για παιδιά και νέους από τις 29 Νοεμβρίου ως τις 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2020.
