Through the eyes of the young students, the biography of the great Joan Miró becomes the ultimate expression of the motto “Follow your dream.” The film was distinguished for the warmth of its message and the original song in the end credits.

2nd Award 

The backwards land > T.ALBERTI KINDERGARTEN, ASSOCIAZIONE AVISCO, Ιtaly

Armed with its inventive story and clever humor, the film shows us how a fictional island deals with a real problem: overtourism.

Feel > PRIMARY SCHOOL OF PARADISI, Greece 

It was recognized for its powerful message against all forms of social exclusion.

3rd Award 

Angry as a Lion > CARINI KINDERGARTEN, ASSOCIAZIONE AVISCO, Italy 

The management of anger and reconciliation with oneself is the theme of this animation. It stood out for its clever design and the wonderful making-of after the end credits.

CATEGORY Β’ (13 ΤΟ 16 YEARS OLD) 

1st Award

Because I have to > WICK VAN DEN BOS, JANNEKE VAN DER SCHAAF, JAN DEEN, MARIJIN NABBEN (NFFS) > The Netherlands  

The film stood out for its screenplay, amazing use of sound, clever set design, and strong performances, approaching a “difficult” subject, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, with sensitivity.

2nd Award 

T.H.O.U.G.H.T.s > AIMEE VOLMER > Germany 

What might be going through the mind of a young student while waiting to cross the street? The film cleverly uses editing and voice-over to address the issue of overthinking with humor.

3rd Award 

Self Portrait > STELLA SYKORA, LENA OTTE (NFFS) > The Netherlands

A film about the limits of artistic expression. The final scene stood out for its use of natural light and music, marking the protagonist’s liberation.

2nd Award 

Little Stories > EMILIA ROTENBERG, ARTEMIY ZAMELKIN > Russia 

The film was distinguished for its cinematography, the atmospheric use of its color palette, its set design/costumes, and the convincing performances.

CATEGORY C’ (17 ΤΟ 20 YEARS OLD)

1st Award

Fragments > ANDREAS DURR > Germany

A flawlessly executed, visually impressive achievement, distinguished by its outstanding sound design. The film depicts with surgical precision the lightning-fast thoughts passing through the mind of the main character: a free-falling climber.

2nd Award 

Sunflower > KETLIN KOIN (CREATIVE SPACE) > Estonia 

The carefree nature of childhood, alongside the anxiety over the threat of war, is portrayed exceptionally through powerful performances, fairy-tale-like cinematography, and beautiful set and costume design.

3rd Award 

Trust > EVA ANNA MAJOR > Hungary

The film stood out for its sensitivity and clever editing, which manages to combine seemingly disparate shots and give it a “social media” style.

 Laika > TOMAS MATEI > Romania 

What does planet Earth look like from space to a dog? A beautifully designed animation visually accompanies a poem dedicated to Laika, the Soviet astronaut dog. The film stood out for its stunning black-and-white design, original concept, and moving message.
